SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are dispatched from Lithuania.
We offer worldwide shipping via postal service. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES (AFTER DISPATCH)
- Lithuania: 2-5 working days
- European Union / United Kingdom: 5–14 working days
- Rest of the world: 10–30 working days
Delivery times are estimates, count working days only, and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Production time is not included in the shipping timeframe.
Please make sure that your shipping address, billing information, and contact details are entered correctly at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, shipments cannot be redirected or modified.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and clearance fees. These charges are set by the destination country’s customs authorities and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
We do not have control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount. By placing an international order, you accept responsibility for any customs charges required to receive your shipment.
If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, original shipping costs will not be refunded. For further details, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Each piece is produced individually following your order. For this reason, we encourage careful consideration before purchasing.
Return requests may be submitted within 14 days of delivery, provided that the conditions below are met.
Returned items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Be in original condition, with all tags attached
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Be shipped back within 14 days from the delivery date
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom items, once production has begun
- Sale items
Return process
To request a return, please contact studio@percrisis.com with your order number and return request.
Return instructions will be provided once your request has been approved.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that the following costs are non-refundable:
- Original shipping fees
- Return shipping costs
- Customs
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
CUSTOMS & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For returns shipped from outside the European Union:
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer
- Customs or clearance charges incurred on returned parcels will be deducted from the refund amount
If a return is refused or delayed due to unpaid customs fees, original shipping costs will not be refunded.
